Pet Policy

A $250 Pet Fee (non-refundable) is required for pets falling within accepted breeds and weight limits. Non-acceptable canine breeds are: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamuta, Akita, Wolf-Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Chow, and Bull Mastiff unless proper documentation has been requested. Two pets max per apartment home. A pet agreement is required and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet per month will be charged.
